Envision's mission is to increase quality of life and independence through principals of compassion, integrity, knowledge and uncompromising service.
Envision is seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to visit and provide support to hospice patients and their families. Volunteers will meet with their hospice patient regularly doing various activities that interest the patient or to just be a friendly visitor. Activities may include reading to the patient, watching a movie or tv show, playing music for the patient, or just providing a listening ear.
Training is provided and volunteers are not expected or permitted to provide hands-on medical support to hospice patients. You are simply there to be a ray of sunshine to a hospice patient!
We will match you to a hospice patient as close to your residence or as far away as you would like! We have patients all across Colorado Springs.

- Initial training is 12 hours and can all be completed over the computer. After the onboarding, volunteers can accept assignments at their discretion. Most volunteers spend 1-2 hours a week volunteering.
- One hour training once a month over the computer.
