Opportunities include direct patient support (socialization, reading, playing games, going for short walks, music, art, etc.), bereavement support and birthday program( delivering card and balloons to patients).

Bridge is a patient and family centered hospice that is dedicated to "connecting" our patients and their families to excellent End-of-Life Care.
We have patients located throughout the Palm Springs area in a variety of settings.
Bridge's goal is to ensure that every patient in our care is provided with the best team of people possible, and that includes volunteers!
Our administrative office is located in downtown Palm Springs. We are always looking for volunteers wanting to assist in the office.

- Volunteers make their own schedule. We ask that volunteers commit to 6 months- 1 year to the program and that the provide at least 2-4 hours of volunteer time a month.
- Completion of online training, TB testing (covered by Bridge) and orientation. Social Security card, auto insurance and drivers license are required to be provided.
