Long Branch Lake is looking for Visitor Center Volunteers to staff our Visitor Center on weekends, May - September. Duties would include greeting visitors, answering questions about facilities, issuing America the Beautiful Passes, custodial duties and answering phone inquiries. The Volunteer may also be feeding turtles kept at the visitor center. We are looking for energetic and positive applicants that would love to work in a visitor center and enjoy working with our visitors. All required supplies will be provided by the Corps of Engineers. Volunteers will be responsible for their own transportation. This position will include a full hookup site in exchange for 18 hours volunteer work per week. Volunteer positions are available for a one-month rotation or longer during recreation season depending upon work items and volunteer waiting list.
