Our organization focuses on providing life-saving blood products to our communities’ hospitals to serve local patients that are undergoing various treatments.
As a Vitalant volunteer on this day your role would be:
- Registering donors at a check-in station
- Thanking our donors in the donor canteen area
- Restocking snacks, and refreshments as needed
- Handing out promotional gifts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 16
- Pass background Check
- 1 shift per month
- No court-ordered community service allowed

Description
Vitalant ("Vye-TAL-ent") is the nation’s largest independent, nonprofit blood services provider exclusively focused on providing lifesaving blood and comprehensive transfusion medicine services for about 900 hospitals and their patients across the U.S. Every day, Vitalant needs to collect about 5,300 blood, platelet and plasma donations to help save lives.
