Democratism seeks Outreach Volunteers to build connections with activists working to protect and advance reproductive freedom. Volunteers will join a team building connections with advocates and activists working on gun violence, racial justice, immigration, the climate emergency, voting rights, economic fairness, abortion rights, LGBTQ issues, and others issues that depend on improving our democracy.
Applicants should be prepared to:
- Develop an understanding of the organization’s mission and outreach objectives
- Attend a weekly internal meeting via Zoom
- Research the structure and mission of other organizations
- Communicate with other organizations and their members via email and in one-on-one and group meetings.
