ORGANIZATION: Verona Senior Center

Greet and direct users of the Center to their activity or program. The Greeter answers questions and provides information about activities and programs to users.

DUTIES:

  • Greet all users to the Center and assist them with checking-in.
  • Respond to questions from users and direct them to events and programs.
  • Perform other work as requested by Center staff.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Warm, welcoming, positive, and enthusiastic disposition, including treating others with courtesy and respect and making everyone feel welcome.
  • Ability to sit for 1 to 4 hours, to bend and crouch, and lift up to 5 pounds.
  • Dependable and accountable.
  • Ability to follow Center policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality


No telephone or computer skills required.
