The Podcast Manager is responsible for managing the organization's podcast, with a focus on producing high-quality episodes that engage and inform listeners. The Podcast Manager will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and implement the podcast strategy, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of podcast production, including scripting, recording, editing, and publishing. The successful candidate will have experience producing podcasts and a strong understanding of podcasting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the podcast strategy, including the selection of topics and guests, and the creation of a content calendar
• Manage all aspects of podcast production, including scripting, recording, editing, and publishing
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that the podcast aligns with the organization's brand and messaging
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of podcasting best practices and trends
• Promote the podcast through social media and other channels
• Attend meetings, events, and other functions as needed to represent the organization and advance podcast goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience producing podcasts
• Strong understanding of podcasting best practices
• Experience with podcast production software and tools, including recording and editing software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
