Fitness Clinic. Centro Multicultural La Familia along with Ventanilla de Salud is hosting a FREE Fitness Clinic to promote fitness and movement in our Pontiac community and its surrounding areas.

The Clinic will start February 3rd and go on until Spring/Summer
Sessions are every Friday from 6:00pm-7:00pm

Volunteer Opportunity:

• Fitness Assistant Coach

Requirements:

• Must pass background check
• Ability to promote a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• General knowledge of fitness and physical exercises (Volleyball Preferred)
• Communicate effectively with diverse groups of people (Spanish speaker preferred)
• Ability to recognize and respond to safety and emergency situations

Activities:

• Assist with leading exercises
• Assist with set up/ clean up of activities
• Answer questions and/or work individually with a participant to improve a skill
• Bring a good attitude and have fun
