Hello there! We are a Music Charity that gives completely free lessons to those in need. It's an amazing day to be a part of the "Design" team! Our task is to carefully review all the files of our organization's style format and branding kit and make necessary changes to the learning materials, fliers, and content for our students, clients, and donors.
Together, we'll create a beautiful and engaging design that will teach youth everything they need to know about music and music theory! Our go-to platform for creating designs is CANVA. If you're interested in joining our team, please don't forget to add a link to your previously completed projects or upload a design for us to see. We're thrilled to spread music to all!
We are looking for a user interface illustrator to join our app and website projects. The UI illustrator will contribute a variety of illustration needs, using our established brand style and expanding it across the app and website experience.Key Responsibilities:Create illustrations, splash screens (potentially with animation), and icons for app projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for information screens, onboarding sequences, badges, and success screens.
- Establish a design system for badges to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Design brand related avatar figures for app profiles (in app and website).
- Ability to deliver assets in SVG format for optimal compatibility and scalability.
- Conduct an audit of current illustrations in the app design, making necessary updates and edits as required.
- Experience in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience with handing over deliverables to developers on time.
- Portfolio showcasing your illustration and UI design skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, taking feedback and iterating on designs in a timely fashion.
- Ability to contribute consistent time to the project.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing user experiences.

We strive to make fine art readily available to anyone who wishes to experience it, even when unable to do so financially. The Donovan's Venom, INC. 501(c)(3) produces annual benefit concerts, shows, and performances. These experiences are open for all community members. The Donovan's Venom, INC. 501(c)(3) exercises: artistic, comedic, and musical channels to bring soothing to children hospitals, hospices, shelters for the homeless, nursing homes, and various other entities full of people in need of assuagement. The Donovan's Venom, INC. 501(c)(3) has partnered with The Donovan's Piano Room to host weekly online lessons to students who wish to learn music, music theory, sight-reading, and musical techniques, even when they can't afford to do so.
