On Monday, January 16, 2023 - as part of the MLK Day of Service - the Red Cross SOUND THE ALARM! Campaign is coming to the Frankford section of Philadelphia.

On these one day events, we work alongside local fire department personnel, community leaders, experienced Red Cross volunteers, and members of the public going door-to-door sharing home fire safety tips and installing free smoke alarms.

EVERYBODY IS INVITED AND EVERYTHING IS PROVIDED, including supplies, day-of-event training (no prior experience required), even light breakfast snacks and lunch. Minimum age 18; 16 with accompanying adult.
