Banner Health-North Colorado Medical Center is looking for volunteers for our East Information Desk/blood transport phone. Volunteers are the first point of contact for many of our guests and you're smiling, and compassionate assistance helps people in a stressful medical environment, often experienced when going to a doctors or hospital visits. The East desk volunteers will also help answer the blood transport phone, which will aide staff who need blood products for their patients. The volunteer will go through the process with nursing and lab staff and deliver the needed blood to the unit. This is a great position for those interested in pre-nursing or medicine careers.
Our friendly Volunteer team helps guests to navigate to the many areas located in the hospital. Assist other in finding their appointments, as well as offer wheel chair transports to those who may need a little extra assistance. If you have the heart to serve others we would love to hear from you.
Multiple days available
Monday AM 9-11 AM
Wednesday AM 8-10 AM or 10-12:00 PM
Friday PM 12:00-2:00 PM and 2:00-4:00 PM
