ORGANIZATION: Neighbors, Inc.

The Neighbors’ Volunteer Receptionist at Neighbors, Inc. is critical to helping a growing continuum of financial wellness programs (jobs, training and financial education) by being the first line of contact for any clients to Neighbors. This position will be a part of a growing Financial Empowerment team with the ultimate goals of improving financial well-being and self-sufficiency for those we serve.

Essential Job Functions:

· Greet clients as they enter the building helping them connect with the area or staff they are needing

· Receive and place calls to clients about appointments

· Use computers to schedule appointments

· Other projects as necessary

Position Qualifications:

· Minimum:

o Must be 18 years old

o Comfort with cold calling clients and answering phone and questions

o Ability to talk face to face with clients

· Preferred:

o Bilingual: Spanish/English Knowledge

2 Shifts

  • 08:45 AM to 12:15 PM CST - FULL
    Trained volunteers provide a hospitable reception for donors, clients and volunteers who enter our building.
  • 12:15 PM to 03:45 PM CST - FULL
