We need help providing our clients transportation around Erie for:
- ESL / education classes
- Doctor's appointments
- Social security office
- Driver License Center
- Job interviews
- Work
- Shopping
We have agency vehicles for your use, or you can use your personal vehicle, we just need YOU!

Description
The United Nations High Commission on Refugees defines a refugee as individuals who have fled their countries of origin and meet the United Nations' criteria of having a "well-founded fear of persecution for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.
Through the USCCB and the US State Department, our agency receives approximately 300 new arrivals every year for resettlement in Erie. We work hard to help our clients and their family achieve self-sufficiency through education, medical care, housing, employment services, and referrals to other social services agencies.

- It's up to you! You can volunteer as little or as often as you're available, for short shifts or all day if you want! You can choose to be contacted on an as needed basis or sign up for shifts. We can work with your schedule.
- Copy of Driver's License and Proof of Insurance if using own vehicle. Copy of Driver's License and 10-year driving history if wanting to use agency vehicles.
