The Iowa Lutheran Volunteen Program is for highschoolers interested in volunteer hours or gaining experience in a health care setting. The program offers opportunities all around Lutheran hospital which includes organization of outpatient surgery, ensuring patient floors are fully stocked, assembling care club flowers for patients, and anything else our hospital may need assistance with! Volunteens manage the opperations of the Comfort Cart which provides patients with items like shampoo, conditioner, chapstick, coloring pages, word finds, etc. which makes their stay more comfortable!
