The Knowledge Data Entry Volunteer will support the Training Services Department by creating and maintaining Knowledge Articles in Salesforce. This position supports the National Headquarters (NHQ) Training Services department. This is a 100% virtual (volunteer-from-home) opportunity.
Work with the Training Services Process Team to:
- Enter new Articles into Knowledge in Salesforce
- Update current Articles into Knowledge in Salesforce when necessary
Required:
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with database systems
- Experience with Salesforce
- Reliable access to resources needed to volunteer 100% virtually
