Do you love music? Do you have a passion for helping others? Then CenterCare Hospice would love to have you as a Music volunteer!
Music is a uniquely powerful form of art that has a long and storied role in many forms of healing and overall wellness. Music, with its ability to transcend cultural, language, and societal barriers, has the power to promote wellness for the whole person. In the hospice setting, music is one of many therapeutic art forms that is used to promote total well-being within patients, families, caregivers, and the bereaved.
Our volunteers go through Hospice Training. Extra training will be provided for Hospice Music Therapy.

Description
Volunteer for Hospice!
There are three primary types of volunteer opportunities:
*Patient Care
*Bereavement Care
*Office Support
We are also looking for special talents: music therapy, massage therapy, beautician/barber and pet therapy just to name a few. CenterCare Hospice is committed to providing compassionate care for our friends and neighbors. All volunteers will receive training and are supported by the Volunteer Coordinator.
