Hospice promotes living each day to the best of one's ability and to help the patient and family adapt to changes caused by the terminal illness. This illness does not only impact the physical needs of the patient, but the patients and families have emotional needs. At Heart of Hospice we want to provide comfort and compassion during the end-of-life. We have recognized that volunteers make a major difference in the patients lives.

Volunteer opportunities include but are not limited to:
*Visiting with patients and their families
*Provide transport to and from doctor's appointments
*Office Administrative work
*Tuck in call's (calling patients and asking if there are any needs)
*Assist in light house keeping
*ect!
