Are you good at creating engaging social media content? Looking to make an impact while advancing your skills and experience? If so, Philly Tech Sistas is needs your help! We're a nonprofit that helps women of color gain in-demand technology skills and career readiness so they can pivot into tech careers and gain economic empowerment.
The Marketing and Social Media Committee is responsible for promoting Philly Tech Sistas’ events and programs. Work with a group of people to:
Develop a marketing strategy that encourages follower engagement
Uploads content into social media calendar for approval
- Design creative content and repurpose content as needed
Maintains consistent look, style, and feel for communications across social media platforms

We are a non-profit organization aimed at helping women of color gain technical and professional skills in order to work, thrive, and move up in the tech industry. We do this by providing coding workshops and other professional development events that build leadership, confidence, and community.
