Our Young Professionals (YP) group is geared toward individuals in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who want to address the issues of hunger, poverty, and homelessness in our community. YP members volunteer at events, plan small fundraisers to support CSA’s work, and serve as ambassadors in the community. YP is a volunteer-oriented group of people in their 20s-40s, and they have monthly calls where they check in on different initiatives happening within YP. Some recent examples of the work YP has done include: organizing a fundraiser through a local pizza joint to raise money for CSA, volunteering at various CSA events to do things like distributing school supplies to low-income residents, working at the CSA food pantry, and currently organizing the 4th annual Empty Glasses wine tasting event to raise money for CSA programs.
Meetings happen on the first Thursday of each month starting at 5:30 pm via Google meets.
Great opportunity for networking and helping to spread the word about CSA's services to those in need.

Since 1957, Community Services Agency, a nonprofit agency, has been helping the hungry, homeless, needy, youth, elderly and families in Mountain View, Los Altos, and Los Altos Hills. Last year, CSA assisted over 8,000 individuals in our community.
