Program Overview

The admin team is the glue that helps us get things done. The People Team and Office Team support the entire organization and we could use an extra hand to ensure all of our teams have what they need to do their part in our mission to end hunger.

What You'll Do in this Role:

• Support departments in completion of routine projects that may involve coping, mailing, laminating, etc.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
• Restock and organize supplies in our mailroom
• Greet and welcome guests
• Additional tasks or projects as they arise or based on volunteer’s skills, interests, and time availability

What you’re committing to:

• Weekly 3-hour shift for at least 3 months
• Having the ability to navigate basic computer functions, including Microsoft office suite
• Arriving on time and giving advance notice when unavailable
• Having strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written communication
• Having the ability to work alone and multi-task as project needs may change week to week

• Volunteer Location: 7101 Winnetka Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428
• Days of the week Flexible - weekday availability required
• Time of day: 8:00am - 11:00am
