About New England Hospice
190 Old Derby Stret, Suite 304, Hingham, MA 02043, US
We are looking for those who would like to make a difference during a person and their family's experience during the end of their life. Any time that you may have could make a difference with our patients. We are a small family-run hospice company that operates throughout the state of Massachusetts. We are mainly in nursing facilities, which are divided into our areas (North, West, Central, South). The amount of patients in each facility varies and depending on your interest in volunteering (in-person or virtual) we can coordinate the best location for you. At this time we would like to ask for a minimum of 1 hour a week from our volunteers. This can be over the phone or in person visiting patients/families. If you are interested and would like to discuss the volunteer opportunities that we have here, please send an email with contact information and our volunteer coordinator will follow up with you.
New England Hospice has been serving patients and families facing serious illnesses and providing support to those who have lost loved ones. We maintain that hospice is about life and the quality of time we have left. As a small company, we take pride in going the extra mile by providing personalized experiences, activities, and gifts for any patient under our care. We take the extra steps to ensure every patient experiences meaningful and respectful care during their end of life process.
