New England Hospice is looking for chaplain volunteers to provided support to patients and families while they are on hospice care. This can also be followed up after a death, by providing phone call support. Our chaplain volunteers will help patients and families regardless of their faith background of belief system; spiritual needs can differ for all. You may provide spiritual/religious support to those who are afraid or worries; active listening; assist in finding a sense of hope or meaning; provide prayer or other religious needs; and much more.

HELPING IN A BUSY AREA! *MILFORD* [BLAIRE HOUSE OF MILFORD] Administrative Printing Volunteers can assist in printing out documentation for each patient (all disciplines) and deliver to the buildings. This area is very busy and there is LOTS of printing to be completed! At this time, we are hoping to train a volunteer to join our team and print from home and drop off the documentation at the buildings. This will free our nurses up to be able to spend more time with patients!! These volunteers will be remote (except for 1x week in which a car will be needed to deliver documents) and printing at least 1x a week; they will be provided with a printer, ink, and paper A date and time 1x a week will be agreed upon and a volunteer will drop of the printed documentation at the facility *THIS COULD EASILY BE COMBINED WITH IN PERSON VOLUNTEERING- TO DROP OFF PAPERWORK AND THEN VISIT PATIENTS IN INTERESTED*
