EVENT & AUCTION SETUP
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2023 Orlando Cattle Baron’s Ball! The American Cancer Society relies heavily on the support of our outstanding volunteers like yourself! You help make this event a success and our mission possible.
- Volunteers must attend virtual volunteer training - Time TBD
- Each position will have a specific Volunteer Captain (ACS Staff) assigned to assist with questions/issues.
- If you are feeling unwell in the days leading up to the Orlando Cattle Baron’s Ball, we discourage you from volunteering for this indoor event.
- Must come ready to have a great time for a great cause!!!
- Shift 1 - 10am to 2pm on Saturday September 9
- This shift will mainly be helping with setting up the silent auction tables, placing centerpieces, signs, etc.
- Shift 2 - 1pm to 5pm on Saturday September 9
- This shift will help finish setting up the ballroom and auction area. Chef’s may require assistance, centerpieces may need to be finished up and signage placed.
