Supervises: Program Staff and Volunteers

Purpose of Job: Carries responsibility for program implementation; carries administrative responsibilities as delegated.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Trains program volunteers.
  • Administers programs, both directly and through staff and program volunteers. Is present during online programs.
  • Explores changing interests and developmental needs of humanitarian & mental illness, cure for cancer, homelessness to keep up to date with changing patterns. Utilizes other sources such as humanitarian, mental illness, cure for cancer, homelessness, other appropriate staff and program volunteers to develop a coordinated program which will meet the needs of humanitarian. mental illness, cure for cancer, homelessness, Periodically reviews programs to ensure that they are relevant.
  • Encourages staff and program volunteers to be creative and innovative. Inspires and motivates them to explore new and different approaches and resources to keep programs flexible and responsive so that the needs of humanitarian, mental illness, cure for cancer, homelessness are met most effectively.
  • Supervises assigned staff and volunteers
  • Meets periodically Initiative to interpret programs and keep them up to date on projects and programs. Interprets the organizational goals to them.
  • Stimulates interest and enthusiasm within the community for TRUU activities and programs. Builds contacts within the community which will expand services for humanitarian, mental illness, cure for cancer, homelessness.
  • Communicates to Executive Board concerning programming and projects.
  • Participates in staff meetings to share ideas and concerns, and works collaboratively with other staff and volunteers to meet TRUU goals and achieve staff objectives.

TRUU WITH THE ROBERTS vision is clear ambition: to help every cancer and homeless patient survive, and thrive. Our team is very passionate and has a personal connection to cancer & homelessness along with mental health deeply invested in our mission.

That is why TRUU is dedicated to funding the most cutting -edge research to find a cure, and feed hunger, and find different ways to deal with mental illness along with fighting with cancer and look for other revenues to hold accountable life-saving results. Because we all are in this together no one is left out.

We offer critical advice, support, and assistance to families engaged in this life-altering struggle. Together with our ever-expanding network of local divisions across the country, we offer essential programs and services designed to address the critical needs that families facing this dreaded diagnosis encounter every day.
