  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.

Assist with a variety of projects ranging from one-time tasks (e.g. assembling fence panels, mending turf edges, helping to build a standalone wooden staircase) to general maintenance (e.g. weeding, mowing, shoveling).

New and different opportunities become available year round.

Some projects are outside of our shelter buildings; others are indoors.

You may opt to work alone or on a small team (with 3 or 4 other volunteers).

Our Shelter Manager or our Facility Lead will explain the project details and answer all your questions.

No special training is needed...just a willingness to help make our shelter as nice as it can possibly be for our resident dogs, our volunteers and the visiting public!
