ORGANIZATION: BluShues, Inc.

BluShues Inc. is a non-profit organization, and ministry, dedicated to distributing
free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make
the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We
believe in the transformative power of Volunteers who share our passion for
spreading the message of hope and faith.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Chief Fundraising Officer in overseeing fundraising efforts within the
ministry.
● Identify and suggest fundraising opportunities aligned with BluShues' mission
and goals.
● Solicit funds from potential donors and partners through various channels,
including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
● Assist in organizing and coordinating fundraising events, including planning,
logistics, and promotion.
● Collaborate with the social media team to develop fundraising campaigns and
materials.
● Maintain donor and partner databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
● Track funds raised and prepare reports on fundraising activities for senior
leadership.
● Provide support to volunteers and staff involved in fundraising initiatives.

efforts to further its goals.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships with donors and partners.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and
collaborative approach.
● Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative fundraising strategies and
concepts.
● Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
● Integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards
in fundraising practices.
● Previous experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field is preferred
but not required.

Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree /College Diploma in nonprofit management, fundraising,
marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not required
❖ Knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices.
❖ Familiarity with fundraising software and database management systems is a
plus.
❖ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and analyzing
fundraising data.
Experience in organizing events, including planning, logistics, and promotion is
preferred.
Understanding of donor cultivation and stewardship strategies is a plus.
❖ Ability to represent BluShues professionally and effectively communicate its
mission and fundraising needs to potential donors and partners.
❖ Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of
fundraising and nonprofit management preferred but not required

BluShues, Inc. is a Christian non-denominational organization, and ministry, that operates to make the Word of God available to everyone and to introduce people to a relationship with, and the revelation of, Jesus Christ. BluShues, Inc. primarily accomplishes this purpose by providing new, full-size, free Bibles to individuals and organizations. Providing free Bibles provides ministry, education, and literary resources to those in need (the poor, distressed, and underprivileged) and to those who are curious about God or Bible.
