We are Mentor a Promise, Inc., a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to work with students that reside in NYC shelters and provide supportive services. All services are rooted in our philosophy of supporting students in their educational journey and help them identify their career path.

We are currently seeking Spanish Tutors to help us with Spanish Speaking students. These students face many challenges and barriers in their educational journey. We work with Tutors to help us understand the grade level challenges to measure on what students know and search for solutions. We are a team of student-centered. We create a safe learning environment and a sense of belonging where students can learn. We support our students throughout their current living situation.
