Works in collaboration with Welcome Ambassador Volunteers and Guest Services staff to greet and escort visitors coming to the hospital.
With an eye for customer service, Hospital Concierges provide a caring and comforting atmosphere for visitors.
Ability to assist customers/guest with specific requests and solve problems using independent judgment and discretion.
· Escorts visitors throughout the hospital
· Instructs visitors on infection control when entering/leaving patient rooms
· Supports pharmacy by making delivery runs to units throughout hospital
· Patient deliveries (flower/gifts)
· Corrals/sanitizes wheelchairs
· Transports patients to/from imaging procedures on main floor
· Sanitizes high touch surfaces in main lobby waiting area
Monday-Friday: 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, 5pm-8pm
Saturday/Sunday 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm
-Volunteers age 55 and over receive free RSVP benefits.

We give volunteers the flexibility to decide who and how frequently they serve and we support volunteers with placement assistance, free supplemental insurance, and other benefits.
