Rainier Valley Food Bank is seeking candidates interested in joining our Board of Directors. Our dynamic team represents various experiences and skill sets, and we're excited to learn what you can offer! Folks with skillsets in legal expertise within the business and financial realm, development and events planning, financial expertise, human resources, facilities and construction knowledge to provide information and knowledge regarding the food bank building renovation project and the food village interim space are encouraged to apply.
Board members are expected to serve on at least one committee before joining the board in January 2023.

Rainier Valley Food Bank is Seattle's busiest food bank, serving an estimated 25% of all individuals seeking food assistance in Seattle. We are proud to provide fresh, healthy, nutritious, and culturally sensitive food to more than 8,000 guests every month.
As a low-barrier food bank, we pride ourselves on providing resources to all individuals in need who may come across our doorstep. Rainier Valley Food Bank also represents the only emergency food resource in Southeast Seattle.
