Free Juice is a nonprofit organization accelerating diversity in the photography industry through mentorship; headquartered in Houston. Our mentorship program is primarily remote and networking events will serve BIPOC students and photo enthusiasts in Houston, New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.

About the Volunteer Role

We are seeking an experienced volunteer researcher to research stats and share data with the board weekly.

Example Tasks

  • Research past-to-present historical stats
  • Conduct research, gather data, and draft copy
  • Develop research objectives and research proposals for own or joint research
  • Conduct individual or collaborative research projects
  • Write up research work for presentation
  • Write & produce analysis which advance diversity and inclusion in the photography industry
  • Manage & field data
  • Ensure timely submission of all information distributed to the appropriate board members
  • Analyze which competitor programs currently exist
  • Provide relevant source information and fact-check

Free Juice will be by your side with networking, resources, and guidance through each step of your journey into this incredible industry. Your challenges resonate deeply with us, and we want to support you as you attain your degree and build your brand (up to ten years post-grad).
