This Fall, community members will gather together to celebrate the strength and resilience of all people affected by breast cancer while also raising vital funds to help Susan G. Komen invest in groundbreaking breast cancer research AND provide real-time assistance to help with treatment, medication, transportation services, and so much more.

Volunteers play a critical role in the success of the MORE THAN PINK Walk.

From helping us Set Up the expo area to distributing water along the course, there are plenty of ways for individuals and groups to get involved!

3 Shifts

  • Fri Oct 18, 2024 - morning / 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM CST - Spots available: 10+
    Volunteers will assist with staging and/or placing event barricades, setting up tables, setting up water stations and placing signage and banners.
  • Sat Oct 19, 2024 - morning / 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM CST - Spots available: 10+
    Support volunteers will assist with last minute event setup and dispersing materials throughout the event site, in addition to cheering on attendees.
  • Sat Oct 19, 2024 - afternoon / 10:30 AM to 02:00 PM CST - Spots available: 10+
    Tasks will include, but not limited to, assisting with moving event barricades, collecting tables and water station materials, etc.
