The Florida State Fair would not be possible without the hard work of its volunteers. The fair is much more than bright lights, midway rides, and fun food. It is a 12-day, statewide tradition that draws a crowd of approximately 500,000 people each year. The fair depends on the can-do, eager attitude of our volunteers to make amazing experiences year after year. We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic volunteers who are sixteen or older.

The upcoming Florida State Fair scheduled for February 9th through 20th, 2023 is looking for students, who are at least 16 years old, and are interested in earning volunteer hours toward high school graduation. Volunteers are needed beginning this November (2022) to help create exhibits that will be displayed throughout the fairgrounds. No previous experience is necessary. Youth Volunteer applications are due by Friday, October 28, 2022. Please contact the Florida State Fair Volunteer Coordinator at dianne.stahl@floridastatefair.com.
