The Florida State Fair would not be possible without the hard work of its volunteers. We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic volunteers who are sixteen or older to join our team.

The next Florida State Fair is scheduled for February 6th through 17th, 2025. The Fair is much more than bright lights, midway rides, and fun food. It is a 12-day, statewide tradition that draws a crowd of approximately 500,000 people each year. The fair depends on the can-do, eager attitudes of our volunteers. Year after year our team of volunteers helps to facilitate amazing experiences for our fairgoers.

All Youth Volunteers are required to complete a Youth Volunteer application and attend an in-person interview with the Florida State Fair Volunteer Coordinator along with a parent or legal guardian. Additionally, all volunteers are required to attend a Volunteer Orientation schedule for the first Saturday in February. Benefits of volunteering at the Florida State Fairgrounds include free admission to the Florida State Fair, additional admission tickets for friends and family, as well as discount coupons towards designated Fair food vendors (benefits are based on the number of volunteer hours completed). Florida State Fair pins are awarded for service and Volunteers will also receive an invitation to the annual Volunteer Thank You Banquet.

Don’t miss out on this great opportunity! Applications are due no later than January 17, 2025.
