- Work with the Department Manager to oversee a team of Recognition Program and Incentives Coordinators.
- Co-facilitate the creation of honorary recognition incentives guidelines and implementation.
- Work with the Department Manager to review everyone’s tasks and completions on a monthly basis to assist leadership in making well informed decisions on those mentions.
- Help oversee the point system per recognition and track the number of points each volunteer has.
- Help manage the form for submissions and review all incoming nominations.
- Coordinate the announcement of all recognitions to the rest of ARO.
- Act as a guide and resource to all coordinators on the team.
- Collaborate with upper management on tasks.
- Assist in conducting weekly departmental meetings.
- Attend weekly management meetings and bi-weekly all staff meetings.
- Complete other tasks as needed.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Must be available to volunteer 10-15+ hours a week
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
- A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, and is a self-starter
- Collaborative nature and confidence in performance
- Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment, and adjust to new priorities as needed
