Responsibilities And What You Will Do:

  • Work with the Department Manager to oversee a team of Recognition Program and Incentives Coordinators.
  • Co-facilitate the creation of honorary recognition incentives guidelines and implementation.
  • Work with the Department Manager to review everyone’s tasks and completions on a monthly basis to assist leadership in making well informed decisions on those mentions.
  • Help oversee the point system per recognition and track the number of points each volunteer has.
  • Help manage the form for submissions and review all incoming nominations.
  • Coordinate the announcement of all recognitions to the rest of ARO.
  • Act as a guide and resource to all coordinators on the team.
  • Collaborate with upper management on tasks.
  • Assist in conducting weekly departmental meetings.
  • Attend weekly management meetings and bi-weekly all staff meetings.
  • Complete other tasks as needed.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Must be available to volunteer 10-15+ hours a week
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Supervisory experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, and is a self-starter
  • Collaborative nature and confidence in performance
  • Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment, and adjust to new priorities as needed
