Responsibilities: Plan, develop and implement our Google Ads and G Suite platform Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization Regularly perform thorough keywords research Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs Prepare and present reports to leadership Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization Stay up to date with the latest trends, keywords, and best practices Qualifications: Be available 15+ hours a week Able to attend leadership meetings Tuesday from 11am-12pm EST 2+ years of experience in Google Ads or a similar role Experience in planning and implementing a successful Google Ads Strategy Experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development In depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data Work well in a collaborative environment Have excellent time management skills Good interpersonal and communication skills About Abuse Refuge Org: At ARO, we are here to support your personal healing journey towards your complete well-being. Growing audiences through newsletter, social media and distribution platforms. Attending weekly team meetings and biweekly all staff meetings. Excellent writing, editing and journalistic skills with ability to produce content in a fast-paced environment. APA Citation experience is a plus. Improving and correcting lighting and coloring. Ensure the quality of video content reaches a high standard. Performs other related duties as assigned. Here’s what we’re looking for: Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week. Proficient in editing software programs. Must already own any video editing software. Editing Experience Required. Training in multimedia and communications is helpful. General understanding of computers and digital equipment.
