Remote Volunteering
Making Winter Hygiene Kits for Pathways of Hope
ABOUT THIS REMOTE PROJECT:
Volunteers are needed to assemble winter care kits and you can help from the safety of your own home as Remote Volunteers. The winter care kits you make will be distributed to the families living in Pathways of Hope's shelters and families picking up food. We currently have 60 people in our shelters, and up to 50 households visiting the HUB in a day. This project can be a family or group project. Thank you so much for your help!
ABOUT PATHWAYS OF HOPE:
Pathways of Hope is a nonprofit organization that serves families and individuals throughout North Orange County. For over 47 years Pathways of Hope has been providing food, shelter and support and prevention services to the hungry, homeless, and marginalized through assistance of local congregations, volunteers, businesses and grants from foundations and government agencies.
The Pathways of Hope HUB of Hope offers emergency food and hygiene items to homeless and low-income families and individuals as well as a walk-up center for individuals and families seeking housing assistance.

DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS:
Once the care kits have been completed you are ready to drop them off. If you have a lot of kits, like a trunk or carload, please let Ann Stoddard (astoddard@pohoc.org) know when you want to deliver them so we can be ready for you.
