This position supports the National Headquarters (NHQ) Fund Development (FD) team. This is a 100% virtual (volunteer-from-home) opportunity. This position supports the NHQ Gift Planning Director(s) with data review and analytics to help measure overall program success, revising and creating training materials, various research as needed, and support with Salesforce activities. This is a remote position. (Volunteer-from-home opportunity).
Responsibilities:
- Running various reports and assisting directors with data review and analysis for progress, effectiveness, and accuracy (current systems include Salesforce, Webi, and Power BI reports - all training will be required)
- Reviewing, revising, and creating training materials related to gift planning best practices and technical systems (familiarity with systems and gift planning is not required)
- Research and recommend GPO for follow-up on GPLG
- Unassigned donors
- Recording activity in Salesforce
Qualifications:
Required:
- Reliable access to resources needed to volunteer 100% virtually
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data review, etc.)
- Reliable access to computer and internet connection
- Communicate at least monthly with Gift Planning Director(s) on work that needs completed
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
