Mission Statement

We believe hospice care can be something more !!! The most important time is the time you have together--with friends, with family, with loved ones. Many people think hospice is only about end-of-life care, but it’s so much more than that. We help people with life-limiting illnesses, along with their loved ones, make the most of every moment.

We provide caring, compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their caregivers throughout the Lehigh Valley area. Patients reside in Skilled Nursing facilities, Assisted Living facilities, and personal residences. Our holistic care is provided by a professional team which includes our Medical Director, RN's, LPN's, CNA's, Social Workers, Bereavement Coordinator, Spiritual Care Coordinators, Volunteer Coordinator, and Volunteers.
