ORGANIZATION: Black Girls Smile Inc.

Join us for a fun day of packing and sorting with Black Girls Smile!

We need your help sorting inventory, organizing and packing Wellness Kits to support our organization in empowering women & girls to lead mentally healthy lives. Connect with other local volunteers and the Black Girls Smile staff as we organized and prepare over 1,000 items!

As a volunteer you will:

  • Work with our team to unpack, sort and organize inventory
  • Assist community partners in choosing items for the local community
Please arrive on time for your shift as we have a busy day ahead.
Bring you patience and positivity as we have a huge task to complete with your help.

This is a great event for college students, groups and organizations.

Know Before You Go:
  • Attire: Jeans, T-shirt, comfortable closed toe shoes (Sneakers recommended)
  • Parking: Free, onsite
  • Please arrive on time for your shift as we have a busy day ahead.
  • Bring you patience and positivity as we have a huge task to complete with your help.
  • Refreshments will be provided
We are happy validate community service hours for college students, affinity groups and other community engagement requests however, we cannot validate court appointed community service.

Requirements
  • Must 16+
  • Must Be Able to Lift 10-15 lbs
Volunteers who join us will be able to have an item of appreciation for their time.
