Join the Event Leadership Team for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of West Valley! Help plan and execute Relay for Life for the 2023 season! Relay for Life is a fun-filled, volunteer driven event that mobilizes communities throughout the country to celebrate survivors, remember loves ones and fight back against a disease that takes too much. Bring the community together in a new and inspiring way to fight back against cancer all while having a great time! Do you like event planning, marketing, recruiting, and more?! We have several positions to choose from and you are sure to find the right fit!

Description
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world’s largest peer-to-peer fundraising event dedicated to saving lives from cancer. For over 35 years, communities across the world have come together to honor and remember loved ones and take action for lifesaving change. Funds raised through Relay For Life directly support breakthrough research, 24/7 support for cancer patients, access o lifesaving screenings, and much more.

REQUIREMENTS
- The Event Leadership Team (ELT) is required to attend the ELT Meetings monthly as well as Monthly Team Captain Meetings. Attendance at the event on April 1, 2023 is required. Additional planning will be needed to present findings/status in meetings.
- No age or experience requirement. We will get you all of the information needed to have fun and thrive in your leadership position.
