UPDATE: Currently this opportunity is full but will be open again in mid-August running through school schedules starting early-mid September. This opportunity CAN roll over into school year opportunities.

Pike Market Food Bank provides nutritious groceries to our Pike Market community and downtown neighbors. To do this we need your help with all things from morning deliveries, to sorting food, picking up donations, and serving our clients directly. If you'd like to put your skills to use helping the downtown community, drop us a line and we can chat about what roles may be a good fit!

General volunteering hours are Weekdays 9am-3pm. Wednesdays we are open late until 7pm.

IDEAL VOLUNTEERS Are...

• Fully Vaccinated
• Friendly and have a great attitude when working with clients or other volunteers
• Able to take instruction well and learn on your feet
• Able to comfortably lift 30-50lbs
• Available mornings or early afternoon on week days
• Can commit to a regular weekly volunteering shift of 2-4 hrs (summer)

• Give you a clear orientation on what to expect and how we operate
• Work with you to set up a schedule and assigned role that best fits you
• Provide training and guidance
