AccentCare Hospice is a nationwide hospice provider that serves patients in Pasco County. We are looking for compassionate volunteers who will visit our hospice patients in home or in a facility with their therapeutic furry friends! Certification must be provided during onboarding.
Volunteers are an integral part of the AccentCare Hospice team, providing compassion and care when it is needed most. The heart and hands of hospice, they provide a special kind of caring to patients, families, and staff through helping to make the hospice experience manageable and rewarding.
Whatever your specialty or passion, there is a place for you as a volunteer with AccentCare Hospice. You can increase the quality of life of patients and families who are affected by a terminal illness. You can volunteer all over Pasco, at our Wesley Chapel office, or from your home!

Description
AccentCare Hospice has been serving patients in Pasco County since April 15th, 2020. We provide in-home end of life care wherever the patient resides, be it a private residence, assisted living or skilled nursing facility, or memory care. Our staff includes physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, music therapists, and volunteers who all work together to care for the patient and their family. We believe that everyone deserves a dignified and peaceful death, and that no one should die alone.
