Project: Work the booth with Hero Initiative at c2e2 August 5-6-7 (you must be available all three days) Hero Initiative is the charity that helps comic book creators in medical or financial need. Hero is looking for volunteers to work with our existing experienced staff at c2e2 at McCormick Place Aug. 5-7. You will engage the public, interact with talent, sell product, help with light setup and teardown of booth dressing. Hero will provide a pass for you for all three days of the event. Friendly personality and retail experience a plus!

Description
The Hero Initiative is dedicated strictly to helping comic book creators in need. Hero Initiative creates a financial safety net for yesterday’s creators who may need emergency medical aid, financial support for essentials of life, and an avenue back into paying work. It’s a chance for all of us to give back something to the people who have given us so much enjoyment.
Since its inception, The Hero Initiative has had the good fortune to grant over $1 million to the comics’ veterans who have paved the way for those in the industry today.CAUSE AREAS
