ORGANIZATION: HEBNI NUTRITION CONSULTANTS INC

Supervisors:
- Roneice Weaver and Aixa Gonzalez

Objective:
- to declutter our nutritional resource center and fill up our new storage unit.

Responsibilities:
- moving unwanted items and placing them in the van to discard accordingly.
- moving new items into the new storage unit to declutter the nutritional resource center.
- Being able to collaborate with others in order to make the tasks at hand easier.

Qualifications:
- volunteer should be able to communicate well
- is able to lift 20+ pounds
- can work on their feet

Time Commitment:
- this volunteer event is 4 hours. We will begin at 11AM and finish at 3PM

Training:
- an explanation of the volunteer event will be given to the volunteers upon arrival. No official training is required for this event.

Additional requirements:
- a volunteer in this position should be able to handle constructive criticism well, especially when it comes to positioning the furniture in the storage unit.

HEBNI's committed to reducing health discrepancies among high-risk minority populations by providing nutrition-related strategies to decrease, manage, and delay chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart diseases, cancer, obesity, and hypertension.
