Job Title: Website Editor (Volunteer Position)

Job Overview:
Global Offsite Care is seeking a Website Editor to join our team as a volunteer. The Website Editor will be responsible for ensuring the WordPress-based website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have experience in website editing, a passion for healthcare and technology, and knowledge of WordPress.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and update website content on WordPress to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Ensure the WordPress website is easy to navigate and user-friendly
- Manage and update WordPress plugins, themes, and other features as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the website aligns with the overall marketing strategy
- Monitor website traffic and analytics to identify areas for improvement
- Continuously improve WordPress website design and functionality
- Ensure WordPress website content is optimized for search engines
- Ensure WordPress website is mobile-responsive and accessible
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in website editing or a related field
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and WordPress
- Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for healthcare and technology
