Do you enjoy helping those who need it most? Are you a people-person with compassion? Hazel Hawkins is a not-for-profit hosptial providing exceptional health care to San Benito and southern Santa Clara Counties.

Mission: Promotes the welfare of the Hazel Hawkins Hospital and their patients through ways and means proposed or approved by the governing body of the acute care & convalescent hospitals.

Time Commitment:

3-6 hours per week

Commit for at least 6 months

Or Wednesday afternoons from 2pm-4pm



Jobs:

Reception Desk (greet, direct, assist with paperwork)

Escort (transport patients and paperwork, deliver flowers)

Gift Shop (cashier, stock)

ED (restock rooms, transport patients, answer calls, lab runs)

Skilled Nursing Facility (visit patients, assist with activities)

Hazel's Thrift Shop (sorter, restock sales floor, cashier)



Qualifications/Duties:

English speaking

Ability to understand and work as part of a team with employees, patients, and other volunteers
