Looking for kind-hearted volunteers with home repair skills. Must enjoy helping seniors no longer able to do home repairs.
You would do minor home repairs for individuals 60 years of age and older who lack the ability to do the repairs and the means to pay to have them done.
This would include painting, changing light bulbs (many seniors suffer falls from standing on chairs to change light bulbs), minor yardwork, gutter cleanings, and other minor repairs.
This is a great and gratifying opportunity to make a difference in the lives of elders and provide you with the satisfaction and good feelings from helping an aging population that will be grateful for your selfless service.
