Responsibilities include:

• Report to Norm Therapy(r) Management for all online video needs of the Norm Therapy(r) program.
• Facilitate the creation of visual scenes portraying role-play scenarios, educational materials, or other promotional content.
• Assist in establishing scenarios that are educational in relation to Norm Therapy(r).
• Attend all department and company meetings and provide feedback on the program.
• Other tasks as required.

• Must complete training to be a Norm Therapy(r) Intake Specialist.
• Presents self in a professional and mature manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Present a high level of work ethic.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Experience with video creation, and production and have the necessary software to complete projects (minimum 2+ years experience).
• Must be available to volunteer 10+ hours a week
