Colonial National Historical Park is looking for an organized, professional individual with skills in event planning and management to assist the community engagement coordinator in planning for the yearly Yorktown Day Celebration. This popular yearly event is planned by the National Park Service in conjunction with 13 other organizations. There are many moving parts, and the volunteer assistant must be extremely detail oriented. This volunteer will attend planning meetings, and work very closely with the community engagement coordinator to execute this event. We are only accepting local applicants at this time.
