As a Cancer Center Greeter volunteer at Mercy Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to assist and welcome patients and visitors at the Cancer Center entrance. This volunteer will greet and direct patients to the various areas of the cancer center as well as other departments within the hospital.
Duties include:
* Greet visitors and patients
* Direct/escort patients to destination
* Provide wheelchairs for patients
* Transport individuals to destination as needed
* Communicate with various departments within the hospital
A minimum commitment of at least 6 months or 100 hours. If interested, an interview would be set up through the Volunteer Services Department.
