We are looking for volunteers to fill a transportation gap for women on the journey to restore their lives.

Did you know that using VanGo as a means of transportation takes 1-2 hours to travel one way across Waldorf (or to Laplata)?

Did you know that the alternative to VanGo is to pay $22-35 for the same distance using Uber or Lyft?

Having reliable transportation is vital to obtain and maintain employment. And employment is vital to reaching sustainable independence.

Here are two ways YOU can help women survivors on the journey to healing, hope, and transformation:

1. Be willing to drive 1-2 times per week for 3 to 15 miles one way to ensure safe and timely transportation to and from work. (You will be reimbursed for 58.5 cents per mile.)

2. Donate a working vehicle to empower sustainable independence.

Thank you for making change possible!
